Any jewelry that is in need of repair within 30 days of receipt will
be repaired at no charge provided there are no parts missing. If any
stones or fixtures need to be replaced there will be a charge for
missing materials. There is no charge for labor or shipping.
For repairs after 30 days there will be a charge for any missing
materials and labor. Customer pays for shipping.
Upon receiving your jewelry we will contact you to get an approval
on the cost of fixing the jewelry.
To repair, please follow steps below.
1. Get a Return Merchandise Account (RMA) Number by sending email
